That's why we've put together the panel "Radio Stars: Talent Coaching and Development" for CRS41! Learn how great talent grows from the very beginning stages and find out how you can cultivate that inside your radio station. Instead of putting just another DJ on the air - we'll give you tips and insight into how you can grow a great personality for your station or cluster.

Talent coaching shouldn't be overlooked as an essential job for the Program Director's in our format (or any format) yet many don't do it. Talent coaching goes WAY beyond sitting in aircheck sessions and listening to breaks. Moderated by Brian Wright from Audience Development Group, this panel will combine small, medium and large market talent to share their successes and also what has helped them grow along the way. Find common traits in highly successful and compelling talent regardless of their market size and let Brian teach you how to coach your team into great talents while extracting nuggets of info from each of our guests. Our panelists will include Chris Carr from WUBE, Wally from Total Axxess and Chris Hansen from BOB95 in Fargo.
