"A Panel For Men: What Women Want"

John and I were very happy with the attendance of this panel. Just about every seat was filled and it was a great sign that women play a huge role in the country format and there is willingness to learn how to better please their radio tastes. Jaye Albright offered many interesting facts about the differences between the listening habits of men and women.  The panelists had so much to offer we could easily have gone on for another hour! Becky Brenner, Wendy Lynn and Gwen Foster offered so much insight as to how radio can better serve females. One attendee noted that the highlight for her was learning that women don't want to listen to the conversation on the radio, they want to be PART of the conversation...they want to feel a connection with their radio station and the country acts.
