AWARDS:
Artist Humanitarian Awards
The Country Radio Broadcasters leads the industry
in recognizing the humanitarian achievements of Country artists. In 1990 the CRB instituted an Artist Humanitarian Award, which
was first presented during the 21st Country Radio Seminar.
To be considered for the Award, the CRB requires a presentation
detailing the nominee's humanitarian activities. This presentation
is not limited in any way. Honorees have been chosen based
on information in simple typed presentations, as well as from
more elaborate presentations that have included letters of
recommendation from organizations that the artist has helped
and videos. If you know of an artist that is worthy of this
honor, you should encourage them or their representative to
submit a presentation.
Presentations
should be sent to: Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc., 819 19th
Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37203 to arrive
on or before close of business Friday, August 31, 2007.
There should be six copies of anything other than printed materials,
so all the judges would be able to see it.
