Digital Liners Criteria

CRS 2010 Registrant:
If you have already registered and meet the qualifications for CRS 2010 be on the lookout for an email with instructions on how to participate in Digital ARTS.

Radio Criteria:
Digital ARTS is only open to CRS 2010 registrants that are Radio or Network Syndicators. Only one person per call letter for Radio attendees and one person per Syndication show may be registered for Digital ARTS. Your custom liners may not exceed 160 characters. You will receive your completed CD in your CRS 2010 registration pack.
 
To participate in Digital ARTS you must be registered for CRS 2010 and meet the qualifications. During the registration process your qualification will be verified and you will be prompted to enter your custom liners. The first 150 stations to register before the December 18th cutoff will receive custom liners. These liners may not exceed 160 characters.  If you have not yet registered please visit us at www.crb.org and register today. Registrants after December 18th will still be able to participate in Digital ARTS but will receive generic liners.

Artist Criteria:
- Must be signed with a label that has at least three (3) CRS registrants.
- Must have had either:
1. A TOP 50 single on the Country Airplay Charts (Billboard, Country Aircheck, or Music Row) within the past year and/or
2. A career Top 10 on any of the above charts.

Digital Liners Timeline

-On December 21, 2009 the CRB ARTS Task Force and the CRB Label Advisory Group will review liners submitted for content
-On December 22, 2009 the CRB ARTS Task Force will send liners to you for your artist to record [limit 150 liners not exceeding 160 characters each]
-Six weeks later, by February 2, 2010, liners are due to the CRB, either delivered on CD to the CRB office or delivered digitally via email or ftp download to liners@crb.org
-Liners will be sent to the studio for editing, and in turn, returned fully edited and customized for each station to the CRB by February 12, 2010 in time for attendee bag stuffing
