CADILLAC RANCH SHOWCASE Thursday evening is BIG at CRS! It’s the perfect time to promote your company and your artist(s) with a multi-artist showcase at Cadillac Ranch (on Broadway in downtown Nashville). The evening commences at 7:00 pm with VIP seating for CRS attendees.
Your artist(s) get approximately 10 minutes to showcase between sessions. As CRS attendees break from one session/panel to the other you can grab their attention with star power.

Brand the Radio Promotion Handbook with your company logo on the front cover and a back cover ad. Each year the CRB solicits entries in our annual competition for the best radio promotion ideas. Each year we select three winners: Large, Medium and Small Market. Then we summarize all of the promotions submitted and print them in the Radio Promotion Handbook which is stuffed into each attendee bag at CRS. This item will be used year-round at radio stations all across the country.
Brand the Tri-fold agenda with your company logo and message. You know how it is when you go from panel to panel during CRS…going light is better. Each CRS attendee will be carrying the Tri-Fold Agenda in their purse and/or shirt pocket. It’s just the right size…and attendees always know where they need to be.

All banner locations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All banners must be approved by Country Radio Broadcasters and are required to be hung by approved staff only.
Escalator Arches provide your company with an opportunity to promote itself for three consecutive days at the highest traffic area in the Nashville Convention Center. This includes TV’s and DVDs (does not include artwork).
Dominate the Renaissance Hotel lobby with your company and/or artist(s) message. There are only two floors available -- 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd.
Put your message on the floor of the Nashville Convention Center where everyone will have to look before they step. This is a great innovative way to get noticed.
Be the focus of attention with a Promotional Kiosk. These kiosks stand 8’ with three blank sides that can be customized with your company message, logo, or information. They will be prominently positioned in the NCC throughout the three days of CRS (price does not include artwork).
Your logo will be the first thing CRS attendees step on as they enter the Renaissance Lobby and the CRS Registration area. The logo gobo will be seen Tuesday through Friday.

As CRS 41 attendees drive up to the Renaissance Hotel and NCC to register…there’s your banner! Placement is on both sides of the bridge (connecting the Renaissance Hotel and the parking garage) on Commerce Street… it’s the first thing they’ll see, it remains visible throughout CRS and it’s the last banner they’ll see as they leave.

There are 32 windows along the pedway between the Renaissance Hotel and the Nashville Convention Center. CRS attendees pass through the pedway dozens of times a day. Your message…in multiples…creates a huge impact.

Each year CRS recruits students from Belmont and MTSU to help us with a myriad of tasks during the event. Clearly the Extreme Networking Session has been a favorite among CRS attendees the past couple of years. This session is set-up much like extreme dating…in that each table is manned by an “industry professional” that it would behoove attendees to get to know. Parking permits are required to park on the streets surrounding the NCC, as this parking is controlled

media center will be utilized by media from around the world as well as country artists doing interviews.

Brand the Performance Hall with your company’s logo and your 60 second message will run in front of each Performance Hall event. All the lunches and the New Faces Show take place in the Performance Hall.

Performance hall Green room. Garth Brooks, Brad Paisley, Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw, Toby Keith & Kix Brooks…all hung out in the Green Room at one time or another during CRS 41.
EVERYONE checks in at CRS and re-visits this desk multiple times through-out the week. Your
